Drywall

Drywall – also known as gypsum board or wallboard – is a naturally fire-resistant, paper-covered sheet of natural or synthetic gypsum used to build interior walls and ceilings in most homes.

PURPLE® drywall is unique because it resists moisture, mold and mildew. In addition, most PURPLE® drywall products also stand up to scratches, scuffs, dents and noise.

XP® Drywall

XP® Drywall offers the advantages of traditional moisture-resistant drywall with added mold and mildew resistance. It’s earned the highest possible scores on the most stringent quality tests in the industry, which means extra protection for your walls and ceilings and peace of mind for you.

Joint Compound

After you hang your drywall and before you paint, you’ll need to use a joint compound – also known as mud – to finish the joints between your sheets of drywall and cover the screws or nails you used to fasten them.

ProForm® XP® and XP® Lite Joint Compound with Dust-Tech®

ProForm® XP® and XP® Lite Joint Compound with Dust-Tech® are mold-resistant joint compounds that have been designed for drywall finishing, texturing, patching and renovations. Specially formulated to fall straight to the ground when sanded, they help protect indoor air quality and make cleanup easier, reducing airborne dust by up to 60%.
